Yoast SEO has some convenient features in making a site SEO friendly
Occasionally though it’s useful to be able to modify the plugins output to our needs and in this case I wanted to modify the HTML output of Yoast breadcrumbs.
This SE question helped in turning the breadcrumbs output into an ordered list specifically for use in my theme layout
